This bank can't resolve issues in a timely manner. If your debit card is compromised you can't just walk into a branch for replacement like you can at a more efficient institution. You must wait ten business days. That is not ten business days from your call, it's ten days from whenever they get around to mailing it.
Also, there are several merchants who either won't accept a card from People's bank or they say that they have a difficult time with them. We opened a household account for convenience and location. It hasn't been convenient. Go elsewhere.
I use their ATM often it charges 4.00. Today I needed bills smaller than 20.00's so I left the ATM and drove to the window and asked for 10's and 5's. She asked if I had an account no was my answer. She said they couldn't make change unless I had an account. She was extremely rude. I will never use their ATM again!! This is a ridiculous policy!!
