I just started a new job and unfortunately my 1st paycheck (in over a month) had to be a paper check. My account is currently almost $300 in the negative, I cannot pay my rent, or any other bills, buy food, gas, etc. I have $0 and despite my begging, your bank is refusing to override the 5 day hold or to at least make a certain portion of the funds available to me so that I have some money that I can access. I am appalled at this as I have been a long time customer. Because of this, you are creating a situation whereupon a higher negative balance is going to continue as things that are due start to come in. Why would you do that? Why would contribute to in such a way as to allow my account to keep accruing a negative balance? That is counterproductive. I understand you have policies but I also understand that you have the ability to override this hold if circumstances permitted and I think my circumstances permit an override. PLEASE - do not leave me with $0 until Tuesday Feb 1st. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE override this hold this one time.
