Penn Liberty Bank was established on September 1, 2004, as a financial institution based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Over the following years, the bank underwent several relocations of its main office, all situated within Denver Square at 724 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, Pennsylvania.
