PCSB Bank is a financial institution that was established on January 1, 1866, originally named The Page County State Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several name changes, becoming Page County State Bank on October 18, 1976. On December 28, 1933, the bank changed its trust powers to full. In 1985, the main office was relocated to Main Street in Clarinda, Iowa.
