Patriot Bank

Patriot Bank was established on October 22, 2004. Initially operating under its original name, Patriot Bank underwent several significant changes over the years. On August 31, 2017, it merged with National Bank of Commerce, located in Birmingham, Alabama. Subsequently, on April 1, 2019, Patriot Bank became part of CenterState Bank, National Association, based in Winter Haven, Florida. Following these mergers, the institution changed its name several times; it was renamed South State Bank, National Association on June 8, 2020, and again on November 5, 2021, retaining the same name.
