History Of Partnership Bank
Partnership Bank was established on March 1, 1894, originally named The Bank of Tomah. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes, becoming First Bank of Tomah on July 31, 1967, and later changing its name to First Bank in 2000. On January 1, 2015, the bank adopted the name Partnership Bank. In the same year, it acquired Town and Country Bank located in Watertown, Wisconsin, and moved its main office to W61 N529 Washington Avenue, Cedarburg, Wisconsin, on May 4. Ultimately, Partnership Bank merged with Bank First, N.A. in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, on July 12, 2019, marking the end of its operations as an independent institution.
