Park Bank was established on May 22, 1985, under the original name of Park Bank East. On January 1, 1988, the bank acquired Park State Bank located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and subsequently changed its name to Park Bank. Over the years, Park Bank underwent a series of mergers. On June 13, 2020, it merged with First Midwest Bank in Chicago, Illinois. This merger was part of a strategic consolidation within the banking industry. The bank continued to operate until February 16, 2022, when it merged with Old National Bank based in Evansville, Indiana, effectively ceasing its independent operations.
