PARAGON BANK

Paragon Bank was established on August 31, 1925, originally under the name Security State Bank of Wells. Over the years, the bank underwent several changes, including a relocation of its main office to 190 South Broadway in Wells, Minnesota, on December 22, 1981. On August 1, 2000, the institution changed its name to Paragon Bank. However, this entity's existence came to an end when it merged with Peoples State Bank of Wells on September 9, 2016, becoming part of the latter in Wells, Minnesota.
