This is not about the head office but more about the Sunshine branch. I closed my account at your bank due to the way I was treated by one of your representitives. I was lied to and I don't do business with people like that. Check your log files for Nov.This rep. lied about what he told me and was to lazy to go check and give me my new check card.I had to go to the National branch across town to get a duplicate card.That is where I learned of the log files proving that the card was at the Sunshine branch first thing that morning as promised earlier. I'm surprised this rep is still working there with a attitude like this. Franklin Frank Wright
