Oklahoma State Bank was established on July 13, 1938, originally operating under the name Oklahoma State Bank. The institution underwent several changes throughout its history, including a name change on May 3, 1972, to Oklahoma State Bank & Trust Company, coinciding with its acquisition of full trust powers. Later that same day, the name was modified back to Oklahoma State Bank. On October 30, 1992, it was noted that the bank changed its trust powers to none and officially adopted the name Oklahoma State Bank. The bank's operations continued until it merged with RCB Bank on October 1, 2021, becoming part of the larger financial institution based in Claremore, Oklahoma.
