History Of Prism Bank
Prism Bank, originally established as The Oklahoma State Bank in Mulhall, Oklahoma, in 1909, underwent several name changes and relocations throughout its history. On January 1, 1972, it changed its name to Oklahoma State Bank. The bank's main office moved multiple times, including a relocation to Maine and Sullivan Streets in Mulhall on February 15, 1982, and to 2610 South Division Avenue in Guthrie, Oklahoma, on November 12, 1996. On September 20, 1999, the main office moved again to 14909 North Kelly Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In June 1987, the bank expanded by acquiring Eighty Niner Bank of Coyle, located in Coyle, Oklahoma. The bank returned to Guthrie when it moved its main office back to 2610 South Division Avenue on September 1, 2005. Finally, on March 31, 2006, the institution changed its name to Oklahoma State Bank.
