Oculina Bank

Oculina Bank was established on January 2, 2004, originally operating under the name The Oculina Bank. In the subsequent years, the bank underwent several regulatory changes, including a shift in its primary federal regulatory agency to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on July 21, 2011. On March 31, 2019, it transitioned to being regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and changed its organization type to a commercial bank, as well as its classification to a state-chartered bank that was not a member of the Federal Reserve System. On the same day, the chartering agency was also changed to state oversight. On June 24, 2016, Oculina Bank moved its main office to 4450 24th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32967. Ultimately, Oculina Bank voluntarily closed and liquidated its assets on April 1, 2019.
