Nuvo Bank

Nuvo Bank was established on April 25, 2008, under the name Nuvo Bank & Trust Company. Initially, it was classified as a state-chartered bank and not a member of the Federal Reserve System. The bank's main office was first located at One Monarch Place, Suite 240, 1414 Main Street in Springfield, Massachusetts. In October 2008, the main office was moved to 1500 Main Street in Springfield. On December 5, 2015, Nuvo Bank merged with Merchants Bank, located in South Burlington, Vermont. Subsequently, on May 12, 2017, Nuvo Bank merged again, this time becoming part of Community Bank, National Association, based in Canton, New York.
