NSB Bank, originally established as Northwood State Bank in Northwood, Iowa, on January 1, 1933, has undergone several name changes and relocations throughout its history. The institution moved its main office to Northwood in July 1972 before changing its name to Northwoods State Bank on July 1, 1991. On June 7, 1999, the bank relocated its main office to 2650 4th Street SW in Mason City, Iowa. The bank subsequently adopted the name Nsb Bank on February 1, 2013.
