Northwest Bank, originally established as Northwest Mutual Savings Association in 1896, has undergone significant transformation and expansion over its history. Bank review

I have been a customer for more than 20 years. They never notified me of the minimum balance change on my account. They charged me 4 monthly fees before I realized what they did. They refused to reimburse these fees even though they never notified me of their minimum balance change. This bank has gone down hill over the last 5 years or more.
