This is the worst branch located in Staten Island New York they mess up transactions and blame the customers you are not supposed to inquire about your funds and the manager Jeremy Minore don't have people skills which is what professional banks look for in a person before they hire. It irritates him to have you fix a problem. For the most it's a unhealthy and boredom atmosphere compared to most banks.
Couldn't be more dissatisfied with my Northfield experience. They cashed a check that was endorsed by an individual that was fraud. It's been 3 months and now they are telling me it will be another three months before I could possibly see the money returned. It was not my mistake. It was the bank's. Now they are making me wait while late fees and interest charges pile up. Poor way to do business. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
It is such a great experience to still have a bank that is as personable as Northfield.
Very very poor experience. Questionable security practices regarding protection of personal customer data. Ill-prepared to close the HELOC in a timely manner without multiple revisions. Avoid. The are more security conscious financial institutions out there.
Love Northfield Bank. I'm 68 and have been with alot of banks in my time on this earth but Northfield really cares about their customers. There rates are great. There hours are super for working people. Even open on Sunday's.Alot of branches to go to. Try it you will love them like I do. Thank you for reading my post. Kindly, Terri Weber
