NorthEast Community Bank is a financial institution that was established on September 1, 1934, initially named Fourth Federal Savings and Loan Association of New York. The institution underwent several changes throughout its history, including a name change to Fourth Federal Savings Bank on January 31, 1989, and a transition to a mutual savings bank structure on the same date. The bank rebranded itself as NorthEast Community Bank on February 15, 2006, coinciding with its change to a stock savings bank organization type. On the same day, the main office was relocated to 325 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains, New York. It has been over two months with three bounced checks and the bank will not respond to my emails. Mr. Kennedy keeps calling me despite me asking to respond in writing. On February 9th 2022 I received and email from my Landlord who has been trying to evict me as a rent stabilized tenant since he bought the building 20 years ago. I have been to court eight times at least including Supreme Court, the Appellate Court and the Court of Appeals in Albany.
