Branch Reviews & Complaints
People do not realize that debit cards are unlike other forms of payment. If they are obtained somehow any charges made are not the banks responsibility. They are the account owners problem. Some banks will try to find loans to help customers out however they will not replace the stolen funds. It is a huge problem that is not discussed enough.
I had 17000 in checking it got hacked and when I caught it only had 2000 left in account? No red flags from Bank and they refused to put money back in account said sorry about your luck. Would you really want to put your money in a bank that treats their customers like that.
