NewDominion Bank was established on January 10, 2005, as a regional financial institution in Charlotte, North Carolina. The bank aimed to provide a range of banking services to both individual and commercial customers. On September 15, 2008, NewDominion Bank relocated its main office to 1111 Metropolitan Avenue in Charlotte. After more than a decade of operation, NewDominion Bank merged with Park National Bank on July 1, 2018, as part of a strategic consolidation within the banking industry. Following the merger, NewDominion Bank ceased to exist as an independent entity and became part of Park National Bank, headquartered in Newark, Ohio.
