Nebraskaland Bank is a financial institution that was established on May 14, 1998, originally operating under the name NebraskaLand National Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several significant changes. On April 30, 2001, it relocated its main office to 121 North Dewey Street in North Platte, Nebraska. Subsequently, on September 25, 2009, the bank expanded its operations by acquiring Commerce Bank of Wyoming, N.A., located in Rock Springs, Wyoming. A further reorganization took place on December 13, 2013, when the main office was moved to 1400 South Dewey in North Platte. On June 30, 2021, several regulatory changes were implemented: the bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve, became a state-chartered bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System, and officially adopted the name Nebraskaland Bank.
