I was a customer with NBT bank for 15 years...was nothing but a hassle with every single transaction. Everything from randomly getting overdraft fees EVEN well before the fee was supposed to take effect. They were called out on it by me with timestamp proof everytime, they then reversed the overdraft fees, although not without extreme arrogance, and being rude about it. Also the way they put crazy...
