Banking at the BHC branch for years, the ladies that work the front Marla and Angie are amazing! Always very professional, courteous and have great attitudes! They always greet my wife and I by first name and are always earger to help us! Beca always has a smile, extremely helpful and professional. We have a couple businesses and extremly busy lives, we appreciate when we get professional service and people that understand we are busy. We stay at that bank because of those ladies and the service they give us! FIVE STARS LADIES, GREAT JOB!!!
I have been with National Bank of Arizona in my area of Bisbee, AZ for 16 years. I banked with this company before the new bank on Naco Hwy was built. I am very disappointed with using this banking institution when it comes to high dollar amounts transactions. Anything over $5,000 seems to be a draw back and is not useful for me as a customer to use this banking institution for high dollar amount banking. I end up paying for overdraft fees that aren't even to be posted to the account especially when there is over the amount in the account to be used for. Holds put on checks that could be released by the 4 or 5th day of business. Waiting for 5 days 9 days, 11 days and over is just not acceptable to have access to my funds. Making deposits at an ATM after hours due to work schedules is disappointing as well because it turns out not to be convenient. For last 11 months my high dollar deposits don't get processed with conveniences but turn out to be very inconvenient task after all is said and done. Each high dollar amount doesn't even log to my checking account. Thank god, I keep receipts! That is the only thing to prove a $19,000 deposit. I wanted to use this banking institution for my business endeavor but more and more shows me that maybe it is time to look into other banking institution that will be able to process high dollar amount deposits in a reasonable time to me as a customer. If feel the length of time I have been with this company that I shouldn't have to endure high dollar deposits as a setback every time it happens to me.
NBAZ has been extremely helpful for my banking needs. All of the staff are polite and knowledgeable.
We've had our checking and savings account at this branch for over 13 years. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. If I have a good garden, I bring extra vegetables over to the teller. Always willing to look up my balance since we didn't want debit cards. My father was a banker at a community bank and their service reminds me of what he gave his customers.
The Bisbee branch of National Bank of Arizona is chock full of caring, helpful and professional staff. Several times over the last few months they have helped our family with little problems and a big one. Vanessa is wonderful. I really can't say enough good things about this branch. Well done, keep up the great work.
I walked in to that bank one day and asked them to break a hundred into twenties and they said if you don't have an account here we won't make change for you very poor service.

Elmer Merdick Nonexistent branch manager, surly assistant branch manager... their bank screwed up my account and I was told I can take my money out of our bank if you dont like it (para phrasing} employees need a tune up for customer service. p.s. I've been with this bank for over 10 years... currently shopping for a new bank...
The staff here are kind and helpful. I always go inside. I prefer them to know who I am. Sometimes mistakes are made, but everyone is human. I'm pleased with my relationship with the people at this branch.

A week and three days ago, a flaw in Bank software sent a payment into limbo; six-days-in, I was told it would take a week to ten days to liberate my money. Last Friday, shortly after 9:00 am, I told them it would become "a police matter" by noon. CRICKETS ! I've filed a report with the Pima County Sheriff's Office. I'm still out-my-money, and I expect I will-be, all week. This is senior abuse and robbery. My rating is minus-three-stars and, perhaps, charges.
Jo Ann and the crew are always available and will go to whatever length needed to answer questions or straighten our concerns.

I opened my checking account at this branch approximately 15 years ago. Today, my husband and I have 3 banking accounts, a credit card and a mortgage with National Bank of AZ. Recently the bank failed to send a new debit/VISA card to me prior to its expiration. Though I gave them a new address 3 years ago, they did not update my information across all of their systems. When they discovered their error, and that the card had been sent out to the wrong address, their customer service rep apologized and said they would resend the card. I asked that it be expedited; after all, this was the bank's error. The CSR said she would call my branch (Carefree) and ask if they would agree to cover the $25 FedEx fee. They said NO. Actually, the person at the branch who said NO was Candace. I could not be more disgusted, Candace. Your rudeness and inconsideration will not be forgotten. We will begin the work of finding another banking institution to handle our personal accounts. I'm sure you do not care about losing me as a customer, but perhaps others will think twice before doing business with this bank. Nice job, Candace.
