Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association is a financial institution that was established on August 12, 1996, initially named Dean Witter Trust Federal Savings Bank. During its early years, it underwent several name changes, including becoming Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Trust Federal Savings Bank in March 1998 and then Morgan Stanley Trust in December 2001. On July 1, 2010, the institution changed its name to Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, while simultaneously relocating its main office to 2000 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, New York.
