Minden Exchange Bank & Trust Company is a financial institution located in Minden, Nebraska, established on September 1, 1883, originally under the name The Minden Exchange National Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several significant changes in its operations and structure. On April 29, 1916, it changed its trust powers to full, enhancing its capabilities in financial management. In 1973, the bank transitioned to state-chartered status, withdrew from the Federal Reserve System, and again changed its trust powers to full on July 27.
