Midwest Regional Bank is a banking institution that originated as Citizens Bank of Otterville, established on June 13, 1894. The bank underwent a name change to The Bank of Otterville on July 3, 1974. Over the years, the main office location has changed multiple times; it was first relocated to 114 Grover Street in Otterville, Missouri, on April 10, 1990. The bank continued to evolve and was renamed Midwest Regional Bank on August 17, 2009, on the same day it moved its main office to 363 Festus Centre Drive in Festus, Missouri.
