MidSouth Bank, originally established as The First National Bank of Ashford in 1912, underwent several name and structural changes throughout its history. In 2003, the institution changed its name to MidSouth Bank, National Association, and relocated its main office to 2526 West Main Street, Dothan, Alabama. On the same date, it also acquired Barbour County Bank in Eufaula, Alabama. On March 28, 2014, MidSouth Bank made significant changes, including rebranding to simply MidSouth Bank, withdrawing from membership in the Federal Reserve System, and changing its regulatory status to a state chartered bank under the supervision of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), thereby becoming a state-chartered entity not affiliated with the Federal Reserve System.

I thought that I could get better service after leaving PNC bank were they took my stimulus savings. I can even get a over draft and my money is going there every month everything is base on your credit report.
