Mid-Central National Bank is a financial institution that was originally established on March 11, 1957, under the name Mid-Central Federal Savings and Loan Association. Over the years, the institution underwent several changes in its organizational structure and regulatory status. On June 30, 1989, it changed its name to Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank and transitioned from a federal savings and loan association to a mutual savings bank. Subsequently, on April 25, 1994, it adopted the organization type of a stock savings bank. In a significant transition on July 21, 2011, Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank became regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The institution underwent another name change on September 3, 2020, becoming Mid-Central National Bank, and concurrently changed its organization type to a commercial bank.
