Menno State Bank was established in 1901 under its original name and served the community of Menno, South Dakota. Over the years, the bank underwent various changes, including relocating its main office to 105 South Fifth Street in Menno on February 22, 1983. The institution continued to operate until it merged with Campbell County Bank, Inc. on July 1, 2019. Following this merger, Menno State Bank ceased to exist as a separate entity, becoming part of Campbell County Bank, which is based in Herreid, South Dakota.
