Marion Center Bank is a financial institution located in Marion Center, Pennsylvania. Established on July 6, 1905, it was originally named The Marion Center National Bank. Over the course of its history, the bank has undergone significant changes. On March 31, 2005, it withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System and changed its name to Marion Center Bank. Concurrently, the bank shifted its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and it became a state-chartered bank, no longer affiliated with the Federal Reserve System. The bank's main office moved to Main Street in Marion Center, Pennsylvania, on February 23, 1990.
