Mansfield Bank

Mansfield Bank, originally established in 1883 as Mansfield Co-operative Bank, began its operations without Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insurance. Over the years, the institution underwent several regulatory changes and rebranding efforts. On March 24, 2014, Mansfield Bank changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve (FED) and became a state-chartered bank that was a member of the Federal Reserve System. The institution adopted the name Mansfield Co-operative Bank in 2006. However, on October 1, 2020, Mansfield Bank merged with and became part of Bluestone Bank, located in Raynham, Massachusetts, and subsequently changed its name to Bluestone Bank.
