History Of Manor Bank
Manor Bank was established on October 2, 1902, under the name The Manor National Bank. Throughout its history, the institution underwent several significant changes. On February 23, 1990, the main office was relocated to Main Street in Manor, Pennsylvania. In late 2005, Manor Bank restructured itself, changing its name to Manor Bank and transitioning to a State Chartered Bank, withdrawing from the Federal Reserve System and becoming regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The main office was moved again to 43 Race Street in Manor on March 22, 2006, and subsequently to 83 Race Street on August 18, 2009. Manor Bank continued its operations until April 30, 2017, when it merged with Nextier Bank, National Association, located in Kittanning, Pennsylvania.
