MABREY BANK

Mabrey Bank is a financial institution that was established on January 26, 1924, originally under the name Citizens Security Bank. Over the years, the bank has undergone several name changes and expansions through acquisitions. On June 6, 1973, it changed its name to Citizens Security Bank & Trust Company. The bank moved its main office to 109 North Armstrong Street in Bixby, Oklahoma, on the same date. In 1997, it became a member of the Federal Reserve System and adjusted its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve. The bank underwent another significant name change on March 2, 2015, adopting the name Mabrey Bank. Subsequently, on November 8, 1999, Mabrey Bank moved its main office to 14821 South Memorial in Bixby and transitioned to a state-chartered bank. The bank has expanded its operations by acquiring several other financial institutions, including Citizens Bank & Trust Company in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, in 2005; The First Bank of Haskell in Haskell, Oklahoma, in 2007; The Bank of Commerce in Wetumka, Oklahoma, in 2008; and The Morris State Bank in Morris, Oklahoma, in 2018.
