History Of Loomis Federal S&L

Loomis Federal Savings and Loan Association was established on January 1, 1929. Over the years, it underwent several changes in its organizational structure and regulatory oversight. On July 21, 2011, Loomis changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Subsequently, on June 25, 2014, the institution restructured as a mutual savings bank. On October 16, 2020, Loomis Federal Savings and Loan Association merged with Hoyne Savings Bank, based in Chicago, Illinois, and was subsequently renamed Hoyne Interim Bank on the same date.
