History Of LINKBANK
LINKBANK, originally established as The Gratz National Bank on November 3, 1934, has undergone several name changes and acquisitions throughout its history. In 1986, the main office relocated to Market Street in Gratz, Pennsylvania. The bank moved to a new location in Gratz in March 2006. Over the years, LINKBANK expanded its operations, acquiring several financial institutions, including Liberty Savings Bank in March 2014 and The First National Bank of Minersville in March 2015. On June 30, 2012, the bank changed its name to The Gratz Bank, altered its charter to become a state-chartered bank, and withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System. The institution rebranded as LINKBANK on November 4, 2022, coinciding with the relocation of its main office to Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Subsequent acquisitions included Linkbank in Camp Hill on September 18, 2021, and further expansions with the acquisitions of Virginia Partners Bank in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and The Bank of Delmarva in Seaford, Delaware, both completed on November 30, 2023.
