Throughout its history, the bank underwent several changes, including a relocation of its main office to Lions Drive and Chicago Avenue in Williamsfield, Illinois, on April 20, 1970. The bank moved again on August 29, 2006, to a new main office located at 206 Lions Drive in Williamsfield. On April 1, 2018, Laura State Bank merged with Bank of Farmington located in Farmington, Illinois, effectively becoming part of that institution.
