Unhappy with customer service at LCB. I received a phone call that my loan was past due by 1 day and I was told I was being assessed a $70 fee. Evidently there are 2 separate loans but one payment so charged twice. My loan is taken out 7 days before due on my bill pay from another financial institution and has successfully been on time for 3 years. Due to holiday and mail, it was not received. I g... Read more
