Branch Reviews & Complaints
The Altamont Branch is overall a welcoming experience, outside of one major undeniable factor. That Christina lady needs to be under a microscope and evaluated on her performance — DESPERATELY. How she treats her fellow employees is disrespectful, as I've seen it firsthand on several numerous occasions when I enter the building. I don't understand the issue that she holds against the younger staff, or may it just be because they are in fact less adept with the job? But, everyone was once a beginner in something. Teach them. Kindly. To lash out your frustrations upon them for doing their best they know how to do is incredibly gross. Miss Christina, if you're reading this? Take your personal struggles with life away from how you compose yourself with others. I watched on the sidelines as this woman undercut and undervalued her fellow coworker simply for handling a task differently (albeit with the same overall outcome either way) to how she herself would. People are a different mold, and by criticizing them you don't help anyone succeed. As a reminder, it is no more enjoyable to witness someone display disrespectful behavior then I'm sure it is for her fellow coworkers to stay to endure it daily. I encourage corporate to pull aside her fellow employees individually and evaluate their work environment when she is apart of it. Because if I as a customer can view it in such a negative lighting simply from a secondhand perspective? An onlooker? Then that's worth looking into. She needs to find another place of work if she's this miserable. Not make others operate on her own feelings of dissatisfaction.
