KS Bank, Inc. is a financial institution located in Smithfield, North Carolina, with a history dating back to its establishment on January 1, 1924, originally under the name Kenly Savings and Loan Association. Over the years, it underwent several name changes: in 1992, it became Kenly Savings Bank, S.s.b., and later, on December 29, 1993, it transitioned to Kenly Savings Bank, Inc., S.s.b., alongside a change in its organization type to a Stock Savings Bank. The bank further modified its name to Ks Bank, Inc. on December 18, 1998.
