Kentucky Neighborhood Bank

Kentucky Neighborhood Bank was established on October 15, 1997, under the name Kentucky National Bank. On December 29, 2005, the institution underwent significant changes, including a name change to Kentucky Neighborhood Bank, a transition to being regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and a reclassification as a state-chartered bank, thereby withdrawing from membership in the Federal Reserve System.
