Originally founded under the name Iroquois Farmers State Bank, the institution has undergone several significant changes over its history. On December 30, 1989, the bank relocated its main office to Main Street in Iroquois, Illinois. In 2010, the bank expanded its operations by acquiring Central Bank located in Ashkum, Illinois, and on April 23 of the same year, it moved its main office to 111 West Lincoln Street in Iroquois.
