Investors Community Bank was established on March 17, 1997, and originally operated under that name. The bank moved its main office to 860 North Rapids Road in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, on January 5, 1998. On May 13, 2016, Investors Community Bank expanded its operations by acquiring The Business Bank located in Appleton, Wisconsin. The institution continued to operate until December 3, 2021, when it merged with Nicolet National Bank, headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The merger marked the end of Investors Community Bank as a separate entity.
