Intrust Bank, National Association, is a financial institution headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Established on November 1, 1876, it was originally known as the First National Bank in Wichita. The bank has undergone significant expansion through various acquisitions over its history. In 1993, it changed its name to Intrust Bank, National Association, after acquiring the Kansas State Bank and Trust Company in Wichita. Subsequent acquisitions in 1995 included several branches in Kansas such as Intrust Bank locations in El Dorado, Valley Center, Haysville, and Johnson County, as well as The First National Bank of Ottawa. I went in to discuss a loan. I spoke to the branch Mgr. Kimberly and she gave me a card for Kimberly Simon to contact when I would want to fill out paperwork I sent this loan person an email Monday the 12th and an automated reply was she would be back into the office the 12th. NO reply. So I sent another email the 13th, No reply. I would not bother with this branch loan person. I went elsewhere.... Read more
The customer service is friendly at the counter, but the banker at the Derby branch was terrible. I went in with a Power of Attorney to change my Mother's account from being in her name into the name or her trust. They told me the banker was out to lunch, and to come back in an hour and a half.
