InterBank is a financial institution based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, established on March 31, 1988, originally under the name Union Bank and Trust Company. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes, becoming Union Bank, National Association in November 2001, and later changing its name to just Union Bank in March 2008. InterBank operates as a state-chartered bank and became a member of the Federal Reserve System in November 2001. The bank has expanded significantly through acquisitions, with notable purchases including First Western Federal Savings and Loan Association in 1992, and numerous banks throughout Texas and Oklahoma from 2010 to 2015. This expansion included the acquisition of Graham National Bank in Graham, Texas, and several others on December 31, 2010, when the institution adopted its current name, InterBank. The most recent acquisitions were Vintage Bank in Waxahachie, Texas, and the First National Bank of Throckmorton in Throckmorton, Texas, both in 2015.
