Integrity First Bank

Integrity First Bank was originally established on December 14, 1963, as the First National Bank & Trust Company of Mountain Home. The bank underwent several name changes throughout its history, including changing its name to First National Bank & Trust Company on October 15, 1973, and to First Bank & Trust Company of Mountain Home on January 18, 1979. On the same date, the bank transitioned its chartering agency to state oversight and withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System. The institution's name was changed to Integrity First Bank, National Association, on August 20, 2012. Significant regulatory changes occurred on October 3, 1984, when the bank became a member of the Federal Reserve System and changed both its chartering and primary federal regulatory agencies to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The bank's main office was relocated to 502 South Hickory Street in Mountain Home, Arkansas, on July 14, 1975. Ultimately, on May 11, 2019, Integrity First Bank merged and became part of The Farmers & Merchants Bank in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
