History Of Inez Deposit Bank
Inez Deposit Bank was established on May 1, 1904, in Inez, Kentucky. Over the years, the bank underwent several changes and relocations, including a move of its main office to Main Street in Inez on December 31, 1989, and subsequently to 41 Main Street on March 31, 2006. On October 21, 2015, the main office was relocated again to 41 West Main Street in Inez, Kentucky. In an effort to expand its operations, Inez Deposit Bank acquired Inez Deposit Bank, FSB in Louisa, Kentucky, on August 19, 2011. The institution ultimately merged with First State Bank based in Winchester, Ohio, on February 19, 2021, marking the end of its independent operations.
