History Of InBank

InBank, originally established as International State Bank on April 9, 1918, underwent several name changes and regulatory transitions throughout its history. The institution became a member of the Federal Reserve System on April 13, 1946, and subsequently changed its classification to a state-chartered bank. After withdrawing from the Federal Reserve System on April 14, 1978, InBank relocated its main office to 200 South 2nd Street in Raton, New Mexico, on October 30, 1978. The bank was renamed International Bank on May 3, 1995. Following another rebranding, it officially adopted the name InBank on April 8, 2019. InBank expanded its footprint with the acquisition of Legacy Bank in Wiley, Colorado, on April 29, 2022.
