I opened a CD last year which matured in October. I missed the cancellation time frame by less that 24 hours yet was denied a chance to cancel or even renew at a decent rate. This branch is an absolute joke. My wife and I have left several messages to both the branch manager and the lady who handles CD's. NO ONE has ever called us back. When we stopped in at the branch we were told that everyone was busy (Even though we were the only people there) and that we would need an appointment.
