I called thousand times NO ONE pick up the phone !!! The worst HSBC branch ever !!! You got the prize !!!
Does HBSC have an open email link for technical questions like this one? Can a check with a finger print, registration number, and from USA government office by HBSC be reissued if lost?
I am closing all my accounts too. The service is terrible. When I called, the stupid automated service kept asking me to do the same thing over and over again. Can never get to a live agent! HSBC is going downhill and they deserve to go downhill!!!
Unlike all the staff at Alexandria va branch. They're pleasant and have helped me with a variety of issues.
To whom it may concern I addressing hsbc I have an concerned about person I don't know he is imposture he used the name of hsbc being a connected and they have high rank in this branch and he ask me as an companion to claim the saving account of high amount after that he cannot collecting me the amount $1000 he try to decide to another person its mean to say scammer I have an proof in my mailbox he send me an paper I don't know is a true or frued but my intention is to report there and concerned as a good citizens

Went in person to resolve a problem with business account and the business manager there rather stand and socialize with associate than help customer. The person at the front desk was trying to assist and in the end asked me to call hsbc business banking direct for further assistance. Why bother going to bank or having a business account manager in the first place? I think I will goto a bank that values their customers.
They suck period my bank acct was stolen 2X, for that reason I don't do online banking it says its closed now but the site indicates they are opened... Their phone line is acting hoaky and I can't access the bank thru customer service either

On August 15, 2018 approximately 450pm I Hunter Dupree went into the 34-15 Francis Lewis Blvd HSBC branch. With the intentions to cash my check and withdrawal some money from my account. I went to the teller which I ask her to cash a check which I just received from my Attorney. She told me "No!", I'm not cashing your check. I asked her why she said: it's too much money and I'm trying to go home". I asked her to see the manager and which she came from behind the counter and escorted me to Ms. Nilima Jain Branch Service manager. She started to have a private conversation like I wasn't there. I asked her why I cant cash my check she said real arrogantly No we don't cash checks like this it's my policy I'm in charge. I asked her could she please look into this she and the cashier went back behind the partitions. When I started to record the transaction. Ms Nalima Jain started to order me to answer a bunch of private questions about my job and why I come from Brooklyn to this branch and that they don't cash checks for people like me. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I then wrote a withdrawal slip for 10,000 from my account. Ms Jain continued with the barrage of personal and derogatory questions about where I'm from, work, etc. I explained that I gave all documentation needed for this transaction. And addition I gave my NYS ID,Bank card, and put in the pin number. She then made a call and they directed her to give me the money that was requested. I left feeling sad humiliated and confused why this happen to me I been with HSBC over 15 yrs. I would like this matter look into as soon as possible so that no one else will have to treated like me. YES, the 34-15 francis lewis boulevard hsbc is the worst branch. The atm machine is constantly broken, every other week..its pitiful . Only one machine in a leading bank is a joke. You have to travel 10 miles to find another branch because other HSBC'S have been shut down. Getting to a point, where I will close my account because I cannot deal anyone holding my breath the ATM machines will be broken
There is no one answering the phone at this branch.
