Home Savings Bank is a financial institution that was established on January 1, 1886, under the original name Home Savings Association. Over its history, the bank underwent several regulatory and organizational changes. On June 25, 1993, it changed its name to Home Savings Bank and transitioned to a mutual savings bank model, while also changing its chartering agency to the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS).
