Heritage Oaks Bank

Heritage Oaks Bank was established on January 19, 1983, originally operating under its founding name. The bank's main office was first located at 545 Twelfth Street in Paso Robles, California, where it served the community for several years. In 2004, Heritage Oaks Bank expanded its operations by acquiring Hacienda Bank located in Santa Maria, California. This growth continued with the acquisition of Business First National Bank in Santa Barbara, California, in October 2007, and Mission Community Bank in San Luis Obispo, California, in February 2014. On September 3, 2014, the bank relocated its main office to 1222 Vine Street in Paso Robles. Ultimately, on April 1, 2017, Heritage Oaks Bank merged with Pacific Premier Bank, based in Irvine, California, thereby ceasing to exist as an independent entity.
